These terms cover using Liquid Launcher TV. Installing or opening the app means you're agreeing to them — if something here doesn't work for you, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Liquid Launcher TV on devices you own or control. The app is licensed to you, not sold — we keep ownership of the app itself, its design, and its code.
Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely through Google Play Billing. Payment, billing issues, and refund requests go through Google Play's own policies — we don't process payments or hold your payment details ourselves. Once purchased, Pro features are yours for the lifetime of the app on that Google account, subject to Google Play's standard purchase terms.
Liquid Launcher TV is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it fast and stable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every TV, remote, or Android TV build out there.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pro, if anything.
We may update the app's features or these terms over time. If the terms change in a meaningful way, we'll post the update here with a new "last updated" date.
You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may also discontinue or stop supporting the app in the future — if that happens, Pro remains usable on whatever version you last had installed, since nothing about the app depends on our servers to run.
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
